Only a day into the week and we’ve got an action packed morning from this side of the pond. In today’s daily dose of tech, better known as the US Update, we bring you the latest Call of Duty trailer, show off the HTC Flyer Android tablet, get official with the Galaxy Ace and more.
Call of Duty: Black Ops First Strike is landing on February 1st for Xbox Live. A new trailer of the DLC is now live, complete with zombie monkeys and four new maps for multiplayer mode. Sony Online Entertainment has confirmed that DC Universe Online is the company’s fastest-selling title to date. Since the January 11th launch on the PC and PS3, the paid-subscription MMO is facing record-setting demand.
HTC’s once rumored Android tablet is now official. Dubbed the HTC Flyer, the tablet features a seven-inch display, 1 GHz processor and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The Samsung Galaxy Ace is now known as the S5830. A product page has been launched for the device and we’ve got the full specs.
Last up this morning is news on the HP webOS tablets. The first tablet, packing a 9.7-inch display, will be the HP Topaz. We the full details and a couple of images to keep you cool until the February 9th press event where we’ll find out the complete product line up.
