The Samsung Galaxy mini is the second of four new smartphones to be announced by Samsung this morning. As you might have guessed from the name, it’s a pocket sized smartphone, just 110.4 x 60.6 x 12.1 mm in size. Click through for full specs.
The Samsung Galaxy Mini is packing Android Froyo 2.2, with a screen that clocks in at a still decent 3.14″, although that’s with a QVGA screen with a resolution of 320×240. No super AMOLED here.
Like the Samsung Galaxy Ace the Samsung Galaxy Mini comes preloaded with Swype, and the internal memory is 160MB plus a 2GB inbox, but with the option to bump that right up with a 32GB microSD. The Samsung Galaxy Mini also has Android Market and Samsung Apps, and Samsung TouchWiz.
Under the hood the Samsung Galaxy mini has a 600MHz processor, with a 1200mAh battery. The camera is a 3MP no frills job, with minimal extras and shooting modes.
