On top of the Samsung Galaxy Ace and Galaxy mini, Samsung has also announced two other budget smartphones, the Samsung Galaxy Gio and the Samsung Galaxy Fit, both running Android Froyo with 600MHz processors under the hood.
As with the Samsung Galaxy Ace and mini, there’s no super AMOLED to be seen here. The Samsung Galaxy Gio is packing a 3.2″ 320×480 HVGA screen, and the Samsung Galaxy Fit has a slightly bigger 3.31″, but lower resolution 240×320 QVGA screen.
Both the Samsung Galaxy Gio and Fit have Samsung Apps on top of Android Market and a 1350mAh battery. The Galaxy Gio has a 5MP camera with autofocus, while the Samsung Galaxy Fit has a 3MP snapper, and both have QVGA video recording.
