The PSP 2 looks likely to arrive this week (on January 27) and more juicy details have been revealed in Japan’s Nikkei business paper. It says the PSP 2 will arrive with a sharp OLED touchscreen and 3G data baked in to enable enhanced multiplayer skills plus video and game downloads. The paper also states that the PSP 2 will be larger than the current PSP and will pack some powerful new processor tech. The difference between the 3G-enabled PSP 2 and the PSP Phone aka Sony Ericsson Xperia Play? It won’t be able to make voice calls.
