Nintendo 3DS: full list of launch titles revealed

As well as a full lowdown on the Nintendo 3DS and its UK launch date, we’ve also had a glimpse at the raft of Nintendo 3DS games that will be arriving at launch and soon after from games devs like EA and Konami. We’ve gathered them here together so you can drool over them all at once. In the launch “window”, between March and June, there will be 25 different games available for the Nintendo 3DS. Ubisoft will have eight launch titles on the Nintendo 3DS: Rayman, Combat of Giants, Ashphalt 3D, Rabbids, Ghost Recon Shadow Wars, Driver Renegade. The Konami boss promised “franchises reinvented for the 3DS”, and Konami wil be releasing Pro Evo Soccer for the Nintendo 3DS.

We’ll also be seeing Dead or Alive Dimensions and Street Fighter IV 3D, in which you’ll receive little virtual figurines that fight each other while the Nintendo 3DS is folded up and in your pocket if you sync it with your Street Pass system. On top of the games, Aardman will also be releasing one minute Shaun the Sheep shorts.

Also available for the Nintendo 3DS will be: Paper Mario, Driver, Nintendogs + Cats, Resident Evil Mercenaries, Splinter Cell, The Sims 3, Ridge Racer, Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater, Animal Crossing, Pilot Wings Resort, Mario Kart, Kid Icarus and Legend of Zelda. All these were show in the preview video for the Nintendo 3DS.
