The Google Hotpot local reviews feature which personalises your location results has hit the iPhone in a Google Places iPhone app. Google announced the app on its official blog. Greg Blevin, a software engineer for Google Hotpot, says: “Places with Hotpot not only helps you find places near where you are, it gives you the best places to go for you by personalising your search results.” Google Places with that probably-not-Corrie-inspired Google Hotpot element helps you find businesses and restaurants nearby and Hotpot is intended to show you reviews from real people of those locations.
