We just got to grips with the Motorola Droid Bionic, Moto’s first 4G LTE Android smartphone, and we have to say, we’re liking what we see. The 4.3-screen is absolutely beautiful, and the subtle black curves almost fade into the background – which is how it should be. Performance from the dual core 1GHz CPU (likely Nvidia’s Tegra 2 system on a chip) is blazingly fast and the whole handset is reassuringly sturdy.
Our only issue? That there are no networks in the UK with LTE up and running, as Verizon boasts in the US, for ludicrously fast download and upload speeds. Bah. Enjoy the photos while we wait for the UK carriers to pull their fingers out and make this beauty happen.
