lg-3d-tv

In with the raft of end of year roundups, a couple of upgrades and a new super slim smartphone, LG also whipped out an autostereoscopic portable 3D TV. For the uninitiated, that means an LG glasses-less 3D TV.

There was a bit of a scrum to grab some snaps at the end, but we manage to snatch these. From where we were standing, it looks crisper than other autostereoscopic displays we’ve seen, but it’s quite petite too. Although it’s meant to have a good viewing angle, from the side it looked a bit wonky, and to catch the TV signal there’s an aerial that pops out of the top making it look a little bit retro too.

We’ll have to wait to get more info on whether this will make it to market in the UK, and there’s no pricing details as of yet, but we’ll update as soon as we can.
