Apologies, our super-clever scheduling appears to be, err, not so super-clever. Still, it’s still day 16 of the Electricpig Advent Calendar and we’ve still got Advent laptops, Android tablets, gaming PCs, digital photo frames and PC accessories to be won!

Today we’re asking for Christmas traditions. All you have to do is log in using your Facebook ID (that’s really important, without it we can’t reliably contact you, or check you’re based in the UK) and tell us one in the comments section will win! Once we have a winner, we’ll reveal the prize they’ve scooped.

The latest installment in the transmedia adventures of The Thick Of It is upon us. This time it’s the iPhone app, called Malcolm Tucker: The Missing Phone. The story: Malcolm Tucker has lost his iPhone, and you just found it. As you’d expect, he’s a little bit annoyed about it.

The iPad is not exactly packing many ports and while Apple sells adaptors they’re hardly brilliant for multi-tasking USB junkies. MIC Gadget’s 3-in-1 iPad Camera Connection Kit is the coolest solution we’ve seen so far (if ports can actually be cool). It plugs into the iPad dock connector and gives you not just a USB port but microSD and SD card slots. It goes for the same price as the official Apple iPad camera connection kit in the US so it seems like a pretty good deal to us, at least until the iPad 2 arrives. Click the headline to head for the comments: are you tempted by the iPad adaptor?
