Like the look of the HTC HD7? How’s about a free one? We’ve teamed up with O2 to give one of these epic Windows Phone 7 handsets away for absolutely nothing. All you have to do is send us a photo of your best home made gadget! It could be an iPod made from old pipecleaners, a Kinect crafted from a coathanger, or a PlayStation Move controller made out of a toilet roll and ping pong balls.
We want to see your interpretations of famous gadgets – just stick them on the Electricpig Facebook page. There’s no limit on the materials you can use, although they must all be DIY efforts, rather than shop-bought homages: the most impressive one as rated by the team at Electricpig wins the HTC HD7!

How to enter
Step 1
Make a brilliant DIY version of your favourite gadget. It can be new or old, we just have to recognise it – and be impressed. Extra marks if you can pull off any “software features”, although we’re not expecting functioning electronics.
Step 2
This bit is important, as your entry will only be valid if you follow the rules. So pay close attention peeps.
1. Click through to the Electricpig Facebook page and hit the Like button if you haven’t already. Now you’re ready to post to our wall!
2. Click Photo and then Upload A Photo, then upload an image of your home made gadget. Captions aren’t necessary, unless you want to explain what it does.
3. Keep an eye on your Facebook Messages – if you win, we’ll contact you through Facebook.
