Facebook updates about Wikileaks will not be banned or censored according to the social network. While the whistle-blowing site has been bounced off Amazon servers, banned from PayPal, kicked off its DNS server and had its Swiss Bank account frozen, Facebook says it has no beef with Wikileaks…
The Facebook Wikileaks statement reads: “The Wikileaks Facebook page does not violate our content standards nor have we encountered any material posted on the page that violates our policies.” Twitter has also denied that it is censoring Wikileaks references in trending topics but will not state whether it will bow to pressure to kick Wikileaks account off the service?
