Google eBookstore is live!

The Google eBookstore is open for business. The good news: Google eBooks are available on pretty much every device except the Kindle, and it includes iOS support for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.

Google eBookstore lets you access all your ebooks wirelessly from Google’s own take on a locker. Your ebooks are stored in the cloud, where its synced across devices, so whenever you open a Google ebook, it’ll pick up wherever you left off. Google eBooks is compatible with Android phones, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, web browsers, plus Nook and Sony eReaders. You can buy Google eBooks directly from the Google eBookstore, or from the list of Google partners and independent booksellers that have signed up.
