WWF is not just an animal protection charity, it’s now a file format too. WWF is an environmentally friendly file format that works exactly like a PDF, but restricts the document from being printed. The idea is to stop people printing out documents they don’t have to.
If you decide a document doesn’t need to be printed out, then WWF encourage you to save it in the WWF PDF type format. The software is currently only available on Mac, but there’s a Windows version coming very soon.
