We’ve been asking you if you’ve ever tried to get a refund on a Wi-Fi NotSpot. The biggest proportion of respondents said that they steer clear of Wi-Fi hotspots. In those that used Wi-Fi hotspots, only 19 per cent of you said you’d not had a problem with a Wi-Fi hotspot.

The remaining 34 per cent said that you had found Wi-Fi NotSpots, four per cent said you got a refund, 15 per cent said it was a real hassle to get a refund, and another 15 per cent said you hadn’t been able to get a refund at all.

We’re curious about the 46 per cent who said they did not use Wi-Fi hotspot: if you don’t use hotspots, what do you use? Drop us a line in the comments, or on the Facebook page, to let us know if you use dongles, Mi-Fi or something else.
