How to get an invite to the all new Facebook Messaging announced yesterday? Simple, click through to the Facbook Messaging page, and click to request an invite. That wasn’t so hard was it? Now all you have to do is wait, for SMS, IM, and email support, no more spam, and hopefully, a more intelligent inbox. The goal is to make our digital exchanges feel more like conversations, by simplifying and streamlining how we communicate.

Advent Vega has popped up on the PC World website, available to buy now, for the bargain basement sum of £249. Hold your horses though, as a spokesperson for Advent told us yesterday that the Advent Vega would not be arriving till later in the week, because it “wasn’t even in the country yet”. Sure enough, the buy now button is not activated yet.

UPDATE: The Advent Vega is also up on the Dixons website here, but is also not available to buy yet.

Kinect trumps Move!

Yesterday we asked you which you thought was better, Kinect or Move. Despite Move having a lot more time in the wild than Kinect, the full body motion controll system trumped it, pipping Move to the post by 10 per cent, with 51 per cent to Move’s 41 per cent. The rest of you said that both Move and Kinect were no good. Ouch.
