Apple has been quietly snaffling up RIM employees which is bad news for the Blackberry barons. Apple has taken five members of the RIM enterprise team over the past few months which might not sound interesting but is actually quite strategically interesting. In the recent Apple earnings call, Steve Jobs gave RIM a vigorous kicking essentially saying it was flabby and flailing around in its comfort zone. He also hammered away at the point that iPhone outsold Blackberry in the US in the last quarter. Apple is seriously angling for the enterprise market to make the iPhone the new king of he office.
