Milner thinks Facebook could change the way we store and treat information so much that it could become the basis for artificial intelligence. He predicts that Facebook AI could be with us within the next 10 years. The theory is that future AI creators could use Facebook data to create personalities that are obsessed with Corrie, I’m A Celebrity and having a pint on a Friday night as the rest of us.
This all leads us to the inevitable question. If Facebook artificial intelligence is on the way, is Mark Zuckerberg building Skynet?!
