Rejoice! Kinect has had its algorithm tweaked to make its almost-all-seeing eye smarter and less confused if you decide to take the weight off your feet and slouch on the sofa. The sitting detection skills have been perked up by adjusting the Kinect skeletal scanning system. Lazy gamers, this is good news for you, at least look a little enthusiastic!

You might’ve seen novelty USB aquariums before, but that’s not the deal here. These aren’t plastic inhabitants. You’re looking at a fully-functioning water-filled fish house, all powered via a PC, Mac, games console or other handy power-supplying gadget.

We all love Angry Birds here at Electricpig. So much so, we’ve slapped it into both our Best iPhone games and Best Android games shortlists. Clearly, all of you love lobbing said irate creatures at green pigs too, because developer Rovio is now claiming that the game has been downloaded more than one million times in a day on the Getjar app store. That’s 12 times a second, and that’s not even including downloads on the iTunes App Store for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad! Not sure what the fuss is about? Grab the free version of it now.
