Nokia World 2010: We're live!

Nokia World 2010 is going down this week in London town, and we’re live on the scene. We’re queueing up right now for the opening keynote with outgoing mobile solutions VP Anssi Vanjoki, and we’ll be touring the expo floor for all the latest and greatest Finnish flavoured innovations after that. Symbian 3, MeeGo, maybe even tablets: we’ll be checking it all out for the next 48 hours, so keep it locked right here.

Android users may breathe a sigh of relief, as a full version of Angry Birds is on its way to replace that Lite version of Angry Birds you’ve been plugging away at and completing, in just a couple of weeks. Angry Birds creators Rovio told TalkAndroid: “We are currently working hard to ensure that Angry Birds on Android will offer the best game experience for as many people as possible. The expected release date is within 2-3 weeks.”

Amazon is on the offensive, pushing the pro (it seems there is just one) of the Kindle over the iPad and other tablets. The video points out that you can read the Kindle in the sunshine, whereas screen glare makes this almost impossible on an iPad screen.
