Some options in the new Xbox Live dashboard (like ESPN streaming and Netflix searching) will be US-only but you’ll still get a look at a selection of new bells and whistles. You need to be an Xbox Live Silver or Xbox Live Gold subscriber to sign up. Warning: joining the preview means you won’t be able to voice chat with non-preview users.
