1. Orange San Francisco
It might be a budget Android phone, but it has plenty about it to put other budget Androids to shame.

Hi Eyecam – it's not cheap enough. In my original review, I actually marked it down for this reason: It costs more than £200 off contract, and on contract, it only ends up being marginally cheaper than the phenomenal HTC Legend.
AndroidBomb
It probably wasn't cheap enough 3months ago but now you can get the wildfire for £130. Is this cheap enough? If it is, would it be in the top 5? If yes, which rank would it be?
Ropeyy
The dext is still running 1.5 and moto won't upgrade it, only worth getting if you are going to root put on a custom rom, I would recommend Barely Blurred by Toxigenicpoem at Simply Android. Add to that it has had hardware issues with many users on the official forums replacing theirs, 4 or 5 replacements is not unusual, the rub is root it and your warranty is void, don't root it and it's enough to drive a first time Android user running to a different operating system, the 1.5 implementation on the dext is woeful.
