We wondered whether the larger screen on the HTC Desire HD would mean that it would feel bulky, or too big to make a phone call seriously, but it was perfectly palm-sized, with the extra inches seemingly creating a lot more space on the display. The HTC Desire HD, like the HTC Desire Z, has a Qualcomm chip, giving it an extra speed boost.
The HTC Desire HD will be out on all network operators in the UK, except O2. When asked about why O2 weren’t joining the party, Jon French from HTC, said, rather mysteriously: “That question will be answered very shortly.”
