Angry Birds for Android will hit the Android Market tomorrow. The ultra-addictive game was due slip out as a closed beta but the Angry Birds website was besieged by so many sign-ups that the developers will now sling out the Angry Birds Android beta to anyone who in need of a new mobile gaming addiction…
Rovio, the developer behind Angry Birds, told TalkAndroid that the Angry Birds Android Beta will bounce onto the Android Market tomorrow. However it warns that the free Angry Birds Lite Beta may not work on every Android device.
The Angry Birds Android Beta should work on phones packing Android 2.0 and above but you might find some bugs or glitches. Still, we’ve had plenty of comments begging Rovio to get Angry Birds onto Android, so it’s probably worth the risk.
Angry Birds has already hit webOS and the Nokia N900 as well as the iPhone. It’s headed to the PSP, Nintendo DS and PS3 too and bafflingly, there’s also an Angry Birds film on the cards.
