YouTube has launched a new service showing full-length films. The YouTube Movies sections includes flicks from Sony Pictures and BlinkBox. The LG E900 that leaked just a day or two ago has been spotted running Vodafone 360. In the bottom left hand side of the screen on the blurry LG E900 image leak there’s a red tile, which says 360 My Web. Vodafone said that it does not comment on any speculation, and that they could not confirm or deny the leaks. That’s not to say they’re being evasive and holding back information on whether the LG E900 is getting Vodafone 360, as the Vodafone 360 software is often loaded onto handsets as part of Vodafone’s decision making process. A spokesperson said: “It’s not uncommon for us to load Vodafone 360 on to devices as a test, to help us make a decision on the devices we choose.”
Our Samsung Galaxy S review highlighted the otherwise stellar smartphone’s disappointing battery life. Now a new accessory promises to fix that albeit with a rather ungraceful solution. The Samsung Galaxy S battery add-on is called the EBB-U10 and it boosts talk time by up to 8.5 hours. But it also increases more than just the battery life, adding 70g to its bulk (more than half the weight again of the Samsung Galaxy S). It’s pretty clunky too. It’s only available in Germany right now and is a pretty at around £57. Still, it could be the ideal solution if your Samsung Galaxy S battery life has been bothering you.
