Today we’ve got hands on with a Nokia N8 prototype, Nokia’s big hope for a top notch entertainment phone, and put the Dolby Digital Plus surround sound and HD video features through their paces, which we’ll be explaining and giving our verdict on shortly. First though, Here’s our hands on gallery of the Nokia N8.
The Nokia N8 feels well size and weighted, which might sound like a frivolous thing to say, but it really matters – you can operate this with one hand easily, and that means it’s really quick to operate, but it’s still reasonably light and pleasingly slim. The HDMI output is on the top of the phone, with the power button. What’s not really clear from these images is the quality of the video, which is perhaps the best thing about the Nokia N8.
