Android users will be getting a TweetDeck for Android app in the not too distant future, and a beta version by the end of the week. To tease the app, TweetDeck CEO Iain Dodsworth has posted a painfully short video…
It’s a far cry from a grand tour, and lasts just 40 seconds. The limit of what it shows is pretty much just the existence of TweetDeck for Android, which a blog post revealed will be arrivingin the next few days.
Earlier this week, Dodsworth tweeted that TweetDeck would be opening the Android beta at some point this week. He said: “We will open up the Android Beta this week, watch this space – would be very useful to have your TweetDeck account at the ready.”
A blog post from earlier in the week stated that TweetDeck for Android “from the ground up”, and will have “blended” columns, based on the type of activity happening in each column.
We’ll keep you updated on its arrival, so watch this space…
Will you be getting TweetDeck for Android quick sharp? Or would you rather wait for the full version, given the bugs in some versions?
