Sony’s been prepping its PS3 3D roll out for a while now, and has just tweaked the terms and conditions for PlayStation use accordingly. Sony now warns that you may suffer “discomfort” or even “nausea” from playing PS3 3D games, and that kids shouldn’t be allowed to play them at all without seeing a doctor first. This 3D thing is definitely going to take off.

Lawsuits brought against Apple have been granted class action status today, in the wake of a clutch of iPhone 4 lawsuits filed in the last few weeks. The action challenges the AT&T and Apple exclusivity deal with hurting competition, among other things, to which Apple responded bluntly, by insisting it did not damage competition.
