How this happened nobody could work out, but it did. It took one day for Apple to bring its mighty fist down, and throw Nick Lee out of the app store, although those who got the tethering app have got it for good.

It got us wondering if that was really a consensus, or just a mouthy majority having its say. The Daily Star has been duped by a spoof cover for GTA game starring killer Raoul Moat. The admittedly tasteless image has been doing the rounds online for some time and has been pegged as windup by other papers but the Daily Star website is reporting the title as a genuine addition to the series. It says: “…last night gaming websites showed the cover of Grand Theft Auto Rothbury – a version of the Xbox hit Grand Theft Auto.” It even goes as far as contacting the families of Moat’s victims for a quote on the fictitious game.
