Facebook is beta testing a feature called Facebook Questions which lets you throw open your queries to the Facebook Massive rather than relying on boring old, accurate and well indexed Google. Perhaps your experience differs, but we are not sure we would trust many of our Facebook ‘Friends’ to answer the phone, never mind questions of great import.
