The Electricpig Tech Radar debuted last week, and put a few noses out of joint. No, it wasn’t because our diary of events clashed with the boss’s birthday party, but because TechRadar.com didn’t like us using their name. Even for one post a week. The spoilsports.
So, not wanting to get any more publishing execs hot under the collar, we’re introducing Tech Sonar, the all-new name for Tech Radar! Without further ado, let’s see what the Electricpig elves will be doing with themselves this week…
Monday
Waiting in the wings today are Crackdown 2 reviews and coverage. All we can say is watch this space.
Tuesday
We’ll be copping a look at some new Pure radios.
Wednesday
Back on the topic of games, we’re expecting to get our grubby mitts on the first appearance of Microsoft Kinect and Assassins Creed 3 in the UK, at the Ubisoft summer fair.
Thursday
We’re going to see John Lewis, who’ve lined up presentations from Sony and Samsung on 3D gaming and LED TV respectively. Got questions? Let us know what you want to ask.
Friday
We’ll be catching up with Vodafone at the British Grand Prix on Friday, so if you’ve any burning questions for the big V make sure you let us know in the comments section.
Reviews coming this week are of the Sony Ericsson X10 Mini Pro, Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro and LG GT540. News will be chasing up the latest on the saga of the iPhone 4, taking a closer look at FaceTime and asking how Android phones might compare in the future. And if you still haven’t got your iPhone 4, then keep your ears to the ground, because we’ll be filling you in on who’s got stock and where.
As of last week, we’ve got a bunch of mugs and digi-vouchers to give away to the best commenters too.
Is there anything you want to see this week? Let us know.
