It’s Friday, and while you might be tempted to slack off a bit in the run up to the weekend, the gadget news certainly isn’t going to. It’s been filing on in around the clock, and we’ve got the best of it right now, right here in your techie breakie for you.

First up, there’s lotss to digest going down in smartphones right now. On the Apple side of things, the first law suit related to iPhone 4 antenna issues has been filed in the US, while closer to home, network Three has outed an impressive, undercutting smartphone tariff.

We also got up close and personal with two new Sony Ericsson phones, the unreleased Windows Mobile Sony Ericsson Aspen emailer, and the ultra tiny, impressively powerful Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini Pro Android phone. Finally, Palm crossed the Ts and dotted the Is on its deal with HP. It’s now part of the PC giant, so we’re expecting plenty of webOS gadgets on the way. What would you like to see?
