Oh my. When we put the iPhone 4 and Samsung Galaxy S‘ HD video recording skills head to head for you to compare yesterday, we were expecting it to go right down the line. But no: despite the praise we heaped on Apple’s camera and iMovie video editing software, you’ve opted for the Galaxy S. Viva Android!
We asked you to vote for which footage you thought was better between sample shots by an iPhone 4 and a Samsung Galaxy S over the last week’s heatwave, and you backed the latter Android blower (Fresh from a drubbing against the hands of the Dell Streak) in huge numbers.
A full 60.34 percent thought the Samsung Galaxy S shot better footage, more than double the 29.31 percent who said the iPhone 4 and its clever refocusing were better. Only 10.34 percent said they couldn’t’ see any difference (Yes, we know 0.01′s been lost in the rounding overall).
It’s another feather in the hat of the Samsung Galaxy S, which we gave a full five stars to in a first review last week, proclaiming it to be the “best phone Samsung has ever crafted”, but do you agree?
