EA Sports has just shown off Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 on PS3 using the PlayStation Move controller. Has Sony’s new controller delivered the holy grail of 1:1 movement for virtual golf fans? Read on to find out.
As Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 was demoed using the new motion controller we got to see how players can use the PlayStation Move to achieve precise hits as if they were holding a real golf club.
Moving the golf club upwards gradually results in a pretty accurate on-screen recreation. Players can even use the buttons on the controller to preview their shots and change the angle of their strokes. Of course we can’t say too much about how good it is without testing it out for ourselves, but it’s looking good so far, golfers.
