It’s been a crazy morning in the world of gadgets, with Apple unleashing not just the new iPhone for purchase, but a revamped Mac mini too. That, plus all the latest from E3 and beyond, is waiting for you right here in the lunchtime lowdown.

First up, the fallout from Microsoft’s E3 keynote in LA yesterday continues. The new Xbox 360 that got unveiled yesterday got a price and launch date for the UK, but unfortunately, it’s not this week. We also brought you the video highlights of the press conference, so be sure to chow down on all the new footage.

Over on the Apple front meanwhile, the iPhone 4 pre-orders opened in the UK. Apple is selling its phone completely unlocked for the first time, but we’re expecting plenty of network tariffs to be outed today too. It also slipped out a brand new Mac mini, complete with HDMI, straight out of left field.
