PS3 3D games were enabled in April when the PS3 3D update hit consoles across the land but now the first batch of titles taking advantage of that extra-dimension have arrived. Read on for details on the first four PS3 3D games and how you can get your hands on them…
The first four PS3 3D games on the Playstation Network are Wipeout HD, Super Stardust HD, Pain and a demo version of MotorStorm Pacific Drift. If you already own them, an automatic update will add 3D. Snap up the Sony Bravia HX803 and you’ll get them free. If you go for another brand of 3D TV, you can grab the PS3 3D games in a special 3D collection for £23.99.
PS3 3D Blu-ray support is promised later in the year through another firmware update. Sony is set to unveil more PS3 3D games at E3 next week with Playstation Move support on the cards. One of the first Playstation Move games, boxing title The Fight: Lights Out (formerly known as Dukes), has already been confirmed as packing 3D smarts.
