We hope you were working late at your desk last night, because if not, you missed a doozy. Steve Jobs outed the brand new iPhone 4 at WWDC in San Francisco, along with plenty of new revelations about iPhone OS 4. Luckily for you, we’ve gathered up all the news on it in our roundup right here.

First up – the iPhone 4. While we’ve seen it in leaked photos plenty of times, Apple finally chose to make it official, and well, it’s a bit special. We’ve got all the iPhone 4 details, including the breakdown on its stunningly sharp screen, and word of iMovie for iPhone to let you edit HD video on the fly – as well an iBooks tweak to let you read PDFs on your iPhone and chat over video with FaceTime.

That’s not all though: Jobs renamed iPhone OS 4 to iOS 4, which could pave the way for that new rumoured Apple TV, and revealed when we’ll be able to buy the new iPhone 4 in the UK. That too long to wait? No problem: you can pre-register for one right now.

Still want more (non Apple) news? It’s just breaking on the homepage now, so head on over and tuck in!
