The Nokia N8 was quick out of the gates this morning, but in case our breakdown of its specs, and gallery of its gorgeous shell aren’t enough, how about this close-up video of the Nokia N8 in action?
Take a peep at the video above, and you’ll see the Nokia N8′s whopping 12 megapixel camera in action. It’s capable of shooting HD footage, while the N8 can edit clips and upload them to the web, or spit them out to a HD TV with a HDMI cable instead.
That’s not all the Nokia N8′s camera is good for though, there’s face detection too, and from the looks of this video its new Symbian 3 software is quicker than its predecessors, even if the menus look largely the same.

Nokia’s making a big deal of the Facebook integration too, as well as the N8′s multiple homescreens, last seen on the N97. There’s a full web browser inside too, of course, as well as a nice surprise: N-standard Wi-Fi and full Flash support.
There’s a new music player too, shown towards the end of the Nokia N8 video above, complete with iPhone-style coverflow features, and a beefy 48 hours of music playback from a single charge.
