You can nab the HTC Desire on Virgin Mobile for free for £30 if you opt for a 24 month contract. If you’re not up for committing yourself to the HTC Desire for two years, there’s an enticing £35 a month deal with an 18 month contract which will also get you the HTC Desire for free.

If you’re an existing Virgin Mobile customer, there’s option to grab HTC Desire on a £25 a month contract but you will need to commit to two years with your new Android pal. Vodafone, Orange and T-Mobile are also offering the HTC Desire in their latest line ups.

Virgin Mobile has also announced that it’s selling the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 and the Blackberry Bold 9700 from today, so there’s a bumper crop of new mobiles to choose from.
