The Beolink remote is the first B&O iPhone app from the creators of our favourite real life remote (the Beo5) and uses WiFi to hook up to all your kit. Designed in a characteristically minimalist Bang & Olufsen style, the Beolink B&O iPhone app has a black, grey and white colour scheme. It gives you the option to control your B&O CD and DVD players, TVs and radios devices as well as equipment in specific rooms.
The B&O iPhone app which is also works with the iPod Touch needs the B&O Master Link Gateway system to start controlling your electrical appliances and other parts of your house like your garage door or lights. The Master Link Gateway is a B&O system that works with home automation kit from other suppliers as well as B&O TVs and the like.
If you’re not lucky enough to have the B&O Master Link Gateway system in your house, you can still download the Beolink B&O iPhone app for free and try the demo mode to see what you’re missing out on. Though we can’t help but think that will just make you jealous of those B&O fans with the bucks to automate their houses.
