The Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro, the surprise QWERTY version of the company’s latest Symbian phone, just popped up for pre-order, and it’s coming out sooner than we expected: next month!
Head on over to Play.com and you’ll see the Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro is up for pre-order right now. It’ll set you back £339.99, and is expected to ship from 30 April. Sony Ericsson itself gave no indication of when we’d be seeing it, so we’re both pleased and surprised so see it could be going on sale before the Xperia X10 Mini models due around May.

Of course, the Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro’s price matches that of the much better specced Samsung Wave unlocked, so you’re going to have to make a tough choice between typing speed and the most beautiful touchscreen we’ve ever seen, along with the untested bada OS. Which will you go for?
