The Left 4 Dead survivors won’t all make it to the Left 4 Dead 2 DLC “The Passing” as we’d first thought. Valve has revealed that one of the heroes of Left 4 Dead will not make it. Read on for more details on Left 4 Dead’s latest fatality…
Valve’s Chet Faliszek revealed to GameTrailers TV that the Left 4 Dead 2 DLC campaign “The Passing” has a new tagline: “Nobody Lives Forever.” It seems one of the original Left 4 Dead survivors will bite the dust in the upcoming Left 4 Dead DLC which acts as prequel for Left 4 Dead 2 “The Passing”.
In the Left 4 Dead DLC you’ll be playing through the event which lead to the death of one of the survivors before the remaining crew return in the Left 4 Dead 2 DLC. Oddly, the Left 4 Dead 2 DLC is due first while its prequel is set to arrive later in April.
Mac owners needn’t be jealous of PC and Xbox 360 gamers any longer either as Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2 are headed to Macs via Steam later in the Spring. The Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2 DLC should be following them soon after.
Due late-March | £TBC | Left 4 Dead (via Destructoid)
