The LG N4R2 NAS has debuted at CeBIT in Germany this week, and at first glance at least, it has more in common with a Mac Pro than your average network attached storage box. The beautiful tower’s specced out to the max, and we’ve got all the details on it right here.
If you’ve got several computers on your home network and a ton of files to store safely, that’s all the excuse you’ll need to spring for the LG N4R2 NAS. The gorgeous silver gadget is one monster machine, with 12 USB ports and eSATA connectivity, a Blu-ray burner and slots for four hard drives, with a write speed of 57MB/s.

The LG N4R2 NAS is also compatible with Apple’s Time Machine, and will work with Windows, Mac or Linux. And because it’s packing a dual-core Atom processor inside to sort everything out, you should be looking at a consumer friendly asking price too.
What that might be and when the LG N4R2 NAS actually ships remains to be seen, but we’re impressed, LG, so let’s see you make good and deliver on it sharpish.
