Muzu.tv, a music video site that calls itself a “free Spotify for video” has added a jukebox feature which lets you create video playlists and get recommendations. But we’ve spotted something that means it beats Spotify: you can ignore the ads…
Muzu.tv allows you to create and rearrange video playlists while the current video is still playing and claims it has the largest legal music video library online.
But the thing that we’re really taken with is the apparent lack of pre-roll advertising. Muzu.tv jukebox ads don’t feature sound and sit quietly in a frame around the video.
Set your Muzu.tv jukebox playlist going, minimise the window and you can listen to the songs while totally ignoring the ads.
Muzu.tv highlights its “innovative” approach to ads and we hope it continues down that track because that stream of free music without interruptions is rather glorious.
