Joby’s Gorillapod is our favourite bendy tripod for compact cameras and mini video cameras. Now it’s emerged from the jungle in a brand new version – the magnet-packing Gorillapod Magnetic.
The original Joby Gorillapod is a standard tripod, the GorillaMobile tackles phones like the iPhone while the GorillaTorch is a lamp with magnetic feet. Joby also offers Gorillapod variants for SLRs.
The Gorillapod Magnetic will support compact digital cameras and mini video cameras like the Creative Vado HD or the Kodak Playsport. It’ll handle a maximum weight of 325g.
