Sony’s Playstation 3 motion controller looks like it’s called the Sony PS3 Arc based on recent rumours. But what we do know for sure is that it will be properly revealed next month at the Game Developer’s Conference.
While Sony’s head honchos previously announced that the Sony PS3 Arc will arrive in the autumn, it looks like more details will be officially confirmed next month .
Sony’s David Coombes and Kirk Bender are leading an hour long presentation at the Game Developer’s Conference. It’s title? Introducing The Playstation 3 Motion Controller. That seems pretty unambiguous to us.
The Sony PS3 Arc’s appearance at the Game Developer’s Conference will be its first public appearance since 2009’s E3 conference. Interestingly, an early rumour after that event pegged the Sony PS3 Arc for a March 2010 arrival date.
With Microsoft boasting about a Project Natal 5-year-plan and Forza Motorsport developers working on Project Natal games, we hope Sony will step up to the pl ate and show Sony PS3 Arc games as well as hepped up hardware.
