Google has made changes to deal with that Google Buzz privacy problem we told you about yesterday. In a post on its official Google Blog, the search giant boasted about Google Buzz’s rapidly growing user base while conceding that their had been privacy concerns.

Google Buzz’s big privacy problem was that anyone could see who you were following by default in your profile and that there was little control over who could follow your buzz.

Google has amended the service to add a more obvious option to hide who you’re following and being followed by on your public profile. It’s also added an option to Google Buzz which allows you to block people.

Allowing Google Buzz users to view, edit and hide their following and follower lists is a good move and will bolster its chances at becoming the ultimate mobile social network. Let us know what you think of Google’s latest step into making the web more social.
