The LG Cookie Plus is the latest re-invention of LG’s cheapo touchscreen line that’s popped up this week. This one’s aimed squarely at busy social butterflies who can’t be doing with the expense of a smartphone, or a QWERTY keyboard either.
Needless to say, the specs on the LG Cookie Plus still aren’t much to shout about: 3G, a three megapixel camera and MP4 video playback. But we’re liking the new look of the LG Cookie Plus (Echoes of the Google Nexus One, wouldn’t you say?), as well as its social networking bent: preloaded on the LG Cookie Plus is the LG’s new social networking software, SNS, so you can keep tabs on how all your mates are procrastinating online
There’s no specific word yet on when the LG Cookie Plus comes to the UK, but with France and Italy getting it early next month, and 43 other countries to get it too, we’d be surprised if it didn’t wash up over here soon.
