The Sony Ericsson Aspen isn’t just a Greenheart eco friendly phone, but Sony Ericsson’s take on the business market BlackBerry and Nokia have sewn up between them. Can this Windows Mobile phone prise you from your portrait QWERTY? Decide for yourself with all the official photos right here, as well as a bonus video.
Ever wanted a BlackBerry style phone with a keyboard and a touchscreen? We’re still waiting on one from RIM itself, but the Sony Ericsson Aspen could suffice in the meantime: its 2.4-inch screen is finger and stylus friendly, and that QWERTY keyboard looks perfect for firing off emails on.
Sony Ericsson Aspen: first Windows 6.5.3 phone
The Sony Ericsson Aspen doesn’t skimp on the connections either, with a-GPS, 3G and Wi-Fi all on board, and a 3.2 megapixel camera that matches the best RIM can offer.
The Sony Ericsson Aspen ships sometime between April and June, but we suspect Sony Ericsson will have it on show at Mobile World Congress later this month. And wouldn’t you know it, we’ll be there too – in the meantime, check it out in the gallery and video below, and hold tight.
