Crysis 2 was announced last year, but so far, details have been few and far between. Now though, the March issue of PlayStation: The Official magazine’s got some exclusive details and images showing us what to expect. Crysis 2 ditches the jungle setting of the 2007 original, instead placing you in the centre of New York.
The urban location in Crysis 2 is a far cry from the tropical island of the first game, which saw you taking on North Korean soldiers and aliens, but as you can see in these scans, the tall buildings, cars and obstacles should make for plenty of entertaining, and eye poppingly stunning, explosions.
It’s not clear whether these images are all renders or screenshots, but with Crytek’s track record, you can expect Crysis 2 to look incredible regardless. Get a good gawp in our gallery right here and click the link below for more shots.
