Sharp sent our jaws to the floor at their press conference yesterday with new screen technology adding yellow pixels to the usual red, green and blue to create eye-popping colours and wonderfully sharp images. Toshiba’s booth here at CES is totally dominated by its spanking new Cell TV. That’s because Tosh says it isn’t just a boobtube, but an all singing, all dancing converged box that takes care of all your web goodies.

The Samsung TicToc is a quirky new MP3 player we just stumbled across at Samsung’s CES stand here in Las Vegas. Filled with great format support, motion sensing controls and insane designs, it’s an iPod shuffle for the flamboyant.
We had a quick peek at the Sony stand yesterday when we hit up the Big S’s press conference. But we slipped back in early this morning to get a stack of snaps of the huge booth and a few new favourites, including the Sony Dash and the stunning 3D OLED TV.
